Changed your mind? If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return a product, in new condition, within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
Using your order number and email address you can request a return at shop.horseware.com/my-account. Here you can also create an account to view orders, wish lists and track current orders.
It’s easy to return a product:
- To initiate a return, log into your account or using your email address & order number access your order and select the items you wish to return.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
- You will automatically receive an email with instructions for returning your product.
- Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, following the instructions in your email, back to our North Carolina warehouse or the retail fulfillment partner who shipped your order.
- We suggest mailing the package using a shipping method that gives you a tracking number.
Please Note:
– All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
– If items are not returned in new condition your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
– Your returned items must be received within 30 days of the time you requested the return. After this, the returned items will not be accepted and this return request will be automatically closed.
– When we finish processing your return, we will notify you by email and return the price of the items and any tax to the payment method used to place the order.
Your return will either need to be mailed back to our North Carolina warehouse or the retail fulfillment partner who shipped your order.
Once you’ve requested a return on our My Account page you will receive emailed instructions on where to send your return.

- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or orders that are shipped incorrectly.

Depending on stock availability, we may be able to do an exchange for an alternate size for your item of the same style, price and description.
Please use our Contact Us form to inquire about this before initiating your return. We will gladly provide you with a pre-paid return label for the exchange. Reference your order number and item you are wanting to exchange.

Horseware Ireland does not provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. However, if there is an error in packing or a manufactures issue we may do so, this is on a case by case basis.

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact the fulfiller for assistance.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
