Because of this partnership the fulfillment location is unknown at checkout and therefore we cannot figure tax at that time.

Enter your Horseware Bonus Bucks voucher code at checkout and the amount will be discounted from your purchase subtotal before any applicable shipping, taxes or fees. Only one Horseware Bonus Bucks voucher code can be redeemed per transaction and are single use.

Your Horseware Bonus Bucks voucher code will be emailed to the address given at checkout once your qualifying order payment has processed and the order is ready to ship. You should receive your Bonus Bucks email within 10 business days. At times these emails may be blocked by email filters so be sure to check all folders.
Horseware Bonus Bucks are only valid for a single use and are not legal tender. No cash back. Any Horseware Bonus Bucks unused during the redemption period will be void and balance forfeited. Horseware Bonus Bucks can only be redeemed during the redemption time frame associated with the promotion it was earned, Horseware Bonus Bucks cannot be used before or after the dates associated with the original voucher code or during a later promotional period.
Returns: In the event merchandise is returned after the voucher code is issued, but before the voucher code has been redeemed, Horseware Ireland reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any voucher codes earned on that merchandise.
If you’ve already used your Horseware Bonus Bucks, you’ll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of the Horseware Bonus Bucks you spent. Upon redemption, coupon discount value will be equally spread across all items in the transaction. If you return some or all of the merchandise purchased with a Horseware Bonus Bucks voucher code, the dollar value discount of the voucher code will not be refunded or credited back. A replacement voucher code will not be issued. Return value of merchandise purchased to earn or redeem a Horseware Bonus Bucks voucher code may be subject to adjustment.
All items listed on the site are based off what combination of products may be available between our Authorized Retailers and our warehouse. We make every effort to fulfill all items on your order, give you the option of a back order or offer a similar item. However, at any given time, availability may vary leading to some product(s) not being available and needing to be cancelled off.
A preauthorization for your order should have come through to your form of payment. If items are cancelled, you will not be charged for them.

Once your order has been shipped it is dependent on the shipping carrier to deliver it to you in a timely manner. Currently we only offer ground shipment for orders placed on our site.
At times it may take a bit longer to process payment or package your order but our desire is that you and your horse can start using your Horseware products as soon as possible.
Once an order has been submitted, there is a limited window of time to safely change the shipping address on the order. Please contact us at shop@horseware.com or call us at 1-800-887-6688 as soon as possible if you would like an address change.
